Cyan is a name applied to a color (colour) composed of equally mixed blue and green light.Ink of this color,mixed with magenta and canary yellow ink,overprints as black in the CMYK printing system.
The name "cyan" is most often used within the context of the CMYK system,as in other context such hues are often called aqua,blue-green,aquamarine,and so forth.
